Durham Christian Partnership
DCP delivers a variety of projects with the aim of making a positive difference to the lives of people living, working and visiting County Durham.
Formed in 1995 as a Christian community focussed on enhancing the care of those in need, DCP has grown to incorporate a variety of projects, all responding to different identified needs.
